Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and develop strong relationships through telephone and email interactions
  • Learn and master the U.S. Customs bond industry to educate clients and support team members
  • Review, analyze, and process client documents and communications with accuracy and within deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of business-related experience/training
  • Exceptional customer service skills and willingness to research and problem solve
  • Ability to learn quickly and become knowledgeable about international trade and company products
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable using standard PC and basic software programs
