Job Summary
A company is looking for Fall 2025 Mobilizer Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payment data management and analytics strategies to raise program awareness
- Work on data and analytics projects while collaborating with team members and external partners
- Serve as the primary contact for payment issues, resolving or escalating them as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in payment processing systems and familiarity with CRM financial or support ticketing systems
- Experience with spreadsheets is highly valued
- Some tech support experience is preferred
- Existing relationships in one of the ten states or fluency in a second language, including Spanish
- Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and workload
