A company is looking for a Reimbursement Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patient access to therapy by navigating the reimbursement landscape and providing ongoing case management
- Conduct comprehensive insurance benefit investigations and assist in prior authorization and appeals processes
- Act as a direct point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring timely case resolution and program education
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in HUB services, patient support programs, or pharmaceutical reimbursement is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of medical insurance terminology and healthcare reimbursement processes
- Experience in healthcare billing or physician office operations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of quickly learning program-specific systems
