Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success / Security Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support to customers, managing support tickets via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist in the deployment of products and improve internal processes through data entry and resource management
- Stay updated on product changes and assist the Security Team with administrative support
Required Qualifications
- Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with previous customer service experience
- Experience in providing application and technical support to customers
- Knowledge of compliance and information security is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft products at an advanced level is preferred
