Key Responsibilities

• Screen requests for services from members
• Coordinate assignment and flow of field and virtual care resources across several states
• Identify and escalate issues related to safety, service delivery, and continuity of operations

Required Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in 911 dispatch
• Ability to assess risks of imminent life threats or self-harm
• Familiarity with completing assessments and documentation across multiple platforms
