Key Responsibilities
- Field in-bound calls from customers and assist with inquiries regarding services and website navigation

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; PC literacy required
