Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to respond to customer inquiries

  • Support the development and update of the knowledge base to enhance help desk support
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Rehab Clinician (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA)
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot software issues
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of quick and autonomous learning
  • Experience in dynamic work settings that require adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
