Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to respond to customer inquiries
- Provide ongoing support via the help desk platform, championing customer needs
- Support the development and update of the knowledge base to enhance help desk support
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Rehab Clinician (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA)
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot software issues
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of quick and autonomous learning
- Experience in dynamic work settings that require adaptability
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
