Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Level (W2 Only) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Jira requests and collaborate with ADC Managers on vendor onboarding
  • Work closely with the App Ops team and manage vendor relationships
  • Handle a variety of tasks related to IT support and tool management


Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in an IT-related field or 4 years of direct IT experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specific area related to the role
  • Experience with Jira Service Management and SharePoint administration
  • Familiarity with API writing and management
  • Experience in vendor management, preferably in a quality control environment
