A company is looking for a Call Center Associate - Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Medicaid member and provider inquiries using a computerized system and standard procedures
- Gather information, assess caller needs, research and resolve inquiries, and document calls
- Provide information regarding eligibility, claim status, and provider enrollment status while acting as an advocate for Medicaid recipients and providers
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test
- High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace are necessary
