Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Medicaid member and provider inquiries using a computerized system and standard procedures
  • Gather information, assess caller needs, research and resolve inquiries, and document calls
  • Provide information regarding eligibility, claim status, and provider enrollment status while acting as an advocate for Medicaid recipients and providers
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test
  • High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace are necessary
