A company is looking for an International Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ existing B2B clients, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Drive customer satisfaction and minimize churn by proactively managing subscription renewals
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience in the aviation/aerospace industry; SaaS experience is a plus
- Full fluency in English and Portuguese or French (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM platforms (Oro, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload in a remote-first environment
- Strong hunter mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals
