Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of customer support experience
- Experience interacting with a high daily volume of customers through various communication channels
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend coverage
