Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant to Client Loyalty Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive telephone contact with clients to follow up on bond renewals and respond to inquiries
- Evaluate bonds for underwriting needs and communicate necessary information promptly
- Maintain accurate client database and assist in training new Client Loyalty Specialists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/training
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with ownership of work quality and timeliness
- High level of comfort using standard PC and basic software programs, including Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn about and promote company products
