Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant to Client Loyalty Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive telephone contact with clients to follow up on bond renewals and respond to inquiries
  • Evaluate bonds for underwriting needs and communicate necessary information promptly
  • Maintain accurate client database and assist in training new Client Loyalty Specialists
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/training
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated with ownership of work quality and timeliness
  • High level of comfort using standard PC and basic software programs, including Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn about and promote company products
