Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, including recruiting and training new members
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success team and implementing improvements
  • Analyze customer and product data to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals
  • Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics for decision-making
  • Experience working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Preferred experience in high growth start-ups or scale-ups, and in Fintech or HRtech
