Job Summary
A company is looking for a FLEX Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 problem determination and support for the FOSSE PMS and integrated applications
- Initiate escalations for severe issues and document incidents in the Service Now tool
- Act as the customer advocate for the FOSSE PMS application and prioritize incidents accordingly
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality or hotel PMS system support, or customer service business application support
- Experience in call/customer care center environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Word
- Core working knowledge of a PMS system is preferred
