Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success in Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a digital marketing Account Management team to enhance client satisfaction and account growth
  • Implement retention and growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored client solutions
  • Track KPIs, maintain client records, and identify upselling opportunities to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing customer success teams
  • 5+ years of account and client management experience with a proven track record of retention and growth
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite
  • Digital Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
