Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Communications Manager responsible for ensuring operational excellence on the Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence by leading daily client communications and monitoring project milestones
  • Support onboarding of new managed service clients and guide them on third-party systems requirements
  • Manage client-facing reporting and maintain the template/materials library for internal and client-facing materials


Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS Degree
  • 2-10 years of professional experience, preferably in operations at hyper-growth startups
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ZenDesk
  • Process-oriented with the ability to assess technical and service-level issues
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
