Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, physicians, and clients to process requests
- Route messages to appropriate healthcare personnel and maintain clear and timely notes in patient charts
- Collect and validate patient demographic information while ensuring confidentiality according to HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year experience in an office setting, preferably in a telehealth support role
- Basic competency in interpersonal skills and understanding policy provisions
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work remotely
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
