Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist Associate to work from home in the Eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop service for patients by addressing issues and concerns related to processes and functions
• Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, account resolution, and management of financial assistance programs
• Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a call center environment is beneficial
• Familiarity with billing systems and compliance regulations is advantageous
