Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer (Healthcare) to join their customer-facing technical services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize multiple incoming customer issues for timely resolution
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within web-based applications
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or healthcare)
- 1 year of experience in technical services or customer support within healthcare or software industries
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging code in cloud-hosted web applications
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) regulations
- Preferred experience with Python, React, React Native, MongoDB, and GCP
