Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Success team, focusing on team performance and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in medical imaging workflow and leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in the radiology industry
• Proficient in managing multiple clients and understanding radiology and hospital technologies
• Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and achieving business goals
