Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering information
- Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications
- Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
- Knowledge of licensing and jurisdictions in AL, GA, NC, SC, MS, and KY
