Key Responsibilities
- Handle account inquiries via inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient inquiries and secure payment on outstanding balances
- Document patient inquiries and actions taken, updating necessary account information in multiple systems
- Escalate patient complaints as needed and ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year customer service experience in a relevant field
- Preferred previous call center experience in a healthcare environment
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
- Ability to learn and work in multiple account systems/applications
