Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for member calls and prior authorization inquiries, ensuring proper case escalation
- Intake and process prior authorization requests, providing accurate information to prescribers, members, and pharmacies
- Support customer service representatives and assist in training new team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and valid license required
- 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience in a clinical setting
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred; experience with Medicare preferred
