Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS Associate for full-time day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services, including scheduling and registration
• Perform insurance verification, prior-authorization, and financial counseling
• Adhere to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards to support operational goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Stable internet connection for remote work
• Ability to attend onsite training, meetings, and events as needed
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts
• Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required
