Job Summary
A company is looking for an Auto Uptime Advocate to assist dealers with orders, products, and services remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with internal client departments and dealerships via phone, email, and case management software
- Manage and update cases on part orders and dealer order records
- Provide timely solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience, or an Associate degree with 6+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years
- Familiarity with various work processes through job-related training and experience
- Ability to work shifts between Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Eastern time
- Reliable internet access and a distraction-free work environment
- Basic automotive knowledge and case handling experience
