Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely claim submissions
• Contact relevant parties to gather injury and insurance information and provide support to patients
• Review payments and denials, write appeals, and maintain communication with insurance companies and clients

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or workers' compensation
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry, MS Office applications, and web-based applications
• Ability to manage a large workload with strong organizational and time management skills
