Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success & Account Manager who will manage key accounts throughout their lifecycle and drive customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building relationships with stakeholders and driving product adoption
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring account health metrics
- Lead onboarding for new customers and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Partner roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to grow revenue from existing customer accounts through strategic initiatives
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate product value into business outcomes
- Highly organized and metrics-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a focus on anticipating customer needs and addressing risks early
