A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep who will support patients with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and follow-ups
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information, and conduct surveys
- Enhance patient healthcare experiences through compassionate outreach
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
