Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Support Assistant to provide administrative support to Veterans in Southeast Metro Area Clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel Veteran appointments using VistA and CPRS
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and Veteran inquiries
- Conduct patient check-ins and check-outs, and maintain patient data in VA systems
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain Tier 1 security clearance
- Must be able to work MST business hours regardless of time zone
- Reliable internet access and home-office setup for remote roles
- Familiarity with HSRM and TPA coordination is preferred for Community Care roles
