Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Provider Field Claims Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve outstanding accounts with the Provider Community and determine necessary action steps
- Maintain knowledge of processing systems and adjust claims as needed
- Research and develop procedural revisions to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in direct customer service or coordinating services with providers
- Ability to process and adjust claims on Nasco
- Working knowledge of RCOE, UPS, and New Membership
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
