Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Provider Field Claims Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve outstanding accounts with the Provider Community and determine necessary action steps
  • Maintain knowledge of processing systems and adjust claims as needed
  • Research and develop procedural revisions to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in direct customer service or coordinating services with providers
  • Ability to process and adjust claims on Nasco
  • Working knowledge of RCOE, UPS, and New Membership
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
