Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer (LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with Customer Success and Engineering to resolve customer issues
- Triage incoming support tickets and handle non-bug tasks independently
- Investigate UI inconsistencies and write custom SQL queries for reports and data exports
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a Rails codebase
- Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing queries
- Experience working closely with Customer Success or Support teams
- Familiarity with authentication systems (SAML, OAuth)
- A proactive mindset focused on issue prevention
