• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client value and contribute to the delivery of regional tours

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in managing operational workflows and client communications
• Understanding of cultural experiences and tour operations
• Experience in mentoring or training team members is a plus
