A company is looking for a Claims Representative to investigate and resolve auto and property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and explain coverage to policyholders and set expectations on the claims process
- Investigate and evaluate claims through interviews and documentation review, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with other departments and document all interactions related to claims accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Customer service experience required; 6-12 months of related experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon hire
- Experience handling high call volume in a professional call center preferred
- Solid understanding of company policies after completing training programs
