Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Support Rep Associate to provide account interaction and order processing services for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and documentation compliance
  • Manage Salesforce queue and reassign complex cases to senior Account Support Reps
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain communication with the account team for smooth operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field
  • 0 - 2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comprehensive spoken and written English; French if applicable
