Key Responsibilities

- Manage Salesforce queue and reassign complex cases to senior Account Support Reps
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain communication with the account team for smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field
- 0 - 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comprehensive spoken and written English; French if applicable
