A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support the Care Management team in Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and enter data while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and Medicare regulations
- Support members with physical, behavioral, and social needs through assessments and care plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the Medicare enrollee experience and complete required reports
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of relevant experience in medical call center, care coordination, or community health
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate a Windows environment
- Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace at home
- Must reside in the State of Colorado
