CMA or CPhT Medication Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Line Specialist (CMA or CPhT Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the medication reconciliation process for patients
• Answer live patient calls regarding prescriptions and assist with troubleshooting
• Manage e-prescriptions, prescription refills, and communications from front office and providers

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing prescription refill requests
• Prior authorization experience preferred
• Certification as a Pharmacy Tech or Medical Assistant required
• Experience in behavioral health preferred
