A company is looking for an Online Banking Operations Specialist to provide operational support for the Online Banking Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional client support and service for online banking inquiries and account maintenance
- Deliver Tier 2 support via phone, email, and chat, while identifying trends and resolving issues
- Review exception reports, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 0 to 2 years of experience in online/retail banking, call center, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of retail banking products and online banking services
- Ability to analyze client-related financial information
- Familiarity with policies, procedures, and government regulations related to banking operations
