Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding and troubleshooting customer inquiries and escalations in a timely manner
  • Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Making outbound contacts to educate customers and facilitate issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of customer service experience required
  • 1 or more year of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience using call center phone systems
  • Data entry/Typing skills of 30 WPM
