A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support their Specialty Pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
- Participate in performance improvement processes and collaborate with other departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
- Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service background
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory
