Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support their Specialty Pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
  • Participate in performance improvement processes and collaborate with other departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
  • Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service background
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory
