Crisis Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Shift Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and technical supervision to crisis counselors
• Conduct training and ensure compliance with clinical requirements and policies
• Monitor call quality and support crisis counselors in de-escalation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
• 3+ years of experience in assessment and/or psychotherapy
• Experience in crisis intervention or mental health information services is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
