Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist - part time (3pm - 9pm M-F schedule).
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to member and provider inquiries regarding Medicare benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment
- Analyzes and resolves issues while documenting outcomes in internal systems
- Maintains positive relations with members and providers and collaborates across departments to address service issues
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Health insurance experience required
- Medicare experience preferred; Medicare Advantage plans experience is a bonus
- Customer service and call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite products
