Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agency Onboarding Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboards new agents and producers, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing data input into workflow programs
- Maintains agent/producer licenses and processes licensing and contracting change requests
- Documents internal records and responds to inquiries while escalating risks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
- Equivalent education and experience directly related to the role may substitute for a degree
- 3 years of experience in sales support and/or onboarding/licensing support in Health Insurance
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of state insurance requirements and/or licensing is a plus
