Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Onboarding Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboards new agents and producers, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing data input into workflow programs
  • Maintains agent/producer licenses and processes licensing and contracting change requests
  • Documents internal records and responds to inquiries while escalating risks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent education and experience directly related to the role may substitute for a degree
  • 3 years of experience in sales support and/or onboarding/licensing support in Health Insurance
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of state insurance requirements and/or licensing is a plus
