Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
  • Analyze data to support Vendor Management Systems and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of Customer Service or related experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with staffing and/or tech companies preferred
