A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional support and care to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers through account management and service usage inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer support or customer success
- Experience in fast-paced industries such as telehealth, healthcare, SaaS, or tech
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Passion for nutrition or wellness and eagerness to assist others on their health journey
- Willingness to work one weekend day per week
