Remote EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor with a preference for candidates with Native American experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to employees and their families through an Employee Assistance Program
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and wellness topics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Current licensure as a counselor or therapist in the relevant state
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Native American communities
• Knowledge of mental health policies and EAP services
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
