Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support internal employees with Human Resources-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding HR-related inquiries
  • Document employee interactions and track issues using HR systems
  • Research and resolve routine to moderately complex HR issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Prior experience with Human Resources inquiries is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a structured call center environment
