Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support internal employees with Human Resources-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding HR-related inquiries
- Document employee interactions and track issues using HR systems
- Research and resolve routine to moderately complex HR issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Prior experience with Human Resources inquiries is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a structured call center environment
