Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of customer service experience required
  • Preference for three plus (3+) years of prior supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
