Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve problems related to customer orders and manage 3-4 accounts daily
- Process orders within an internal database and run reports in Microsoft Excel
- Handle 20-40 inbound and outbound calls, providing one call resolution for customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft systems
- Intermediate Excel skills for report running and analysis
- Prior healthcare and/or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
