A company is looking for a Manager, Onboarding Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to streamline onboarding processes for brokers and customers
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials and resources
- Manage process optimization projects and act as a point of escalation for complex client queries
Qualifications/Education
- 5+ years of leadership experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding/implementation
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in customer service or contact center management
- Advanced training or certifications in leadership or process improvement preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in leading teams through organizational changes and knowledge of insurance regulations
