Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers as their main point of contact
- Guide customers through successful project commissioning and ensure ongoing product adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in SCADA and EMS technologies, with experience as a SCADA project manager preferred
- Demonstrated experience in servicing large, complex customers
- Ability to guide customers through complex discussions with strategic insights
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and draw actionable insights
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
